Please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/digital-library.theiet.org\/journals\/htl\/author-guide\">The Author Guide<\/a>, for both <a href=\"https:\/\/digital-library.theiet.org\/files\/HTL_Word_template_2016.doc\">Microsoft Word template<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/digital-library.theiet.org\/files\/HTL_LaTeX_Template_2014.zip\">LaTeX templates<\/a>. We recommend 4 &#8211; 6 page papers (excluding references) for initial submission for peer review and up to 6 &#8211; 8 page final submissions post revision for final publication. In addition, since the joint workshop has adhered to the <strong>double-blinded peer review process<\/strong>, we ask that you\u00a0<strong>please follow the well-known MICCAI anonymity guidelines<\/strong>\u00a0when\u00a0preparing your initial \u00a0submission<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<strong>**Please note that Wiley\u2019s HTL is an open access journal and the publisher agreed to a 15% discount on the Author Publication Charges. <\/strong><strong>There are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/authorservices.wiley.com\/open-research\/open-access\/for-authors\/waivers-and-discounts.html\">waivers for low income low- and lower middle-income countries<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We encourage submission of papers that demonstrate clinical relevance, clinical applications, and validation studies. We encourage the submission of papers describing bold new ideas, proof of concepts, early-stage prototypes, and innovative ways to make such tools more accessible, affordable, and environmentally friendly, rather than incremental improvements on classical problems.
